Aged 23 months on lees in barrels and 2 years in bottle, it offers a golden hue and complex maturity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eWinemaking Process\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHartmann Donà’s traditional approach defines this wine. The 2012 vintage undergoes gentle pressing and fermentation in wooden barrels with natural malolactic fermentation.
