{"title":"Marc Colin","description":"\u003cp\u003e“The domaine makes wines of finesse, full-flavored and well-balanced with oak.” – Wine Spectator\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMarc Colin was born in 1944 and created his estate at the end of the 1970s; with his wife Michèle, they take over vines from several generations, from the Colin and Ponavoy families, some plots have been owned by the family for over a century.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey then cultivated around 6 hectares of vines in the communes of CHASSAGNE-MONTRACHET, SAINT-AUBIN and continued to develop the estate during the 1980s and 1990s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToday, Caroline and Damien, two of their children, run this estate which covers 12 hectares and brings together 26 appellations in the villages of SAINT-AUBIN, CHASSAGNE-MONTRACHET, PULIGNY-MONTRACHET and SANTENAY.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe estate is managed partly in reasoned culture and the other, in experimentation of organic culture.  Regular work of the soil allows us to avoid chemical weeding, and thus obtain an irreproachable quality of grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur production includes regional, municipal, 1er cru and Grand cru appellations, for an annual total of around 80,000 bottles, 90% of which is white wine and 10% is red wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur white wines are aged in a search for purity, elegance and length.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur red wines are vinified with the aim of freshness, crunchy fruit and silky tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e","products":[],"url":"https:\/\/www.regiswine.com.hk\/collections\/marc-colin.oembed","provider":"Regis Wine","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
