Today, it is headed by two sisters, Anne\n\u003cbr\u003eand Catherine Parent, who continue the family tradition of winegrowers that\n\u003cbr\u003eoriginated in the 17th century. The Domaine consists of 10 hectares that produce\n\u003cbr\u003emostly red wines from the Cote de Beaune. The vines grow on clay-limestone\n\u003cbr\u003esoils, coloured red by iron oxide. The vineyards are all treated organically, and\n\u003cbr\u003ethe harvest is undertaken by hand. After rigorous sorting, the grape bunches\n\u003cbr\u003eare destemmed, followed by whole-berry temperature-controlled fermentation\n\u003cbr\u003efollows (12-20 days).
