Husband and wife are a micro négociant, purchasing grapes from\n\u003cbr\u003elong term growers to make small batches from Derwent Valley. Prior to starting his own winery, Nav worked at: Domaine de l’Arlot, Château Le Pin, Vieux Château Certain and\n\u003cbr\u003eChâteau d’Yquem. Winemaking is with a light touch guided by the biodynamic calendar. All grapes are harvested on a flower or fruit day. Whole bunches are used for the entire\n\u003cbr\u003eproduction, which is fermented with ambient yeasts.
