Hand-harvested grapes from the balanced 2022 vintage undergo partial fermentation in French oak barrels and wooden tanks, followed by lees aging to develop texture and depth while preserving vibrancy. Certified organic and biodynamic, this production emphasizes minimal intervention and terroir expression, yielding a pale gold wine with green sheen and majestic density.

Tasting Notes An elegant, textured white with ripe stone fruit and subtle oak spice, reflecting Sancerre's Kimmeridgian terroir.
