Hand-harvested grapes from the cool, balanced 2023 vintage—characterized by moderate conditions yielding concentrated yet vibrant fruit—undergo whole-bunch pressing, fermentation in French oak barrels (30% new), and 10 months' lees aging with bâtonnage to enhance texture and complexity. Committed to sustainable practices, this production yields a pale straw wine with green highlights and poised vibrancy.

Tasting Notes An elegant, refined white with vibrant citrus and subtle stone fruit, reflecting McLaren Vale's coastal terroir.
