Hand-harvested grapes from the challenging yet rewarding 2024 vintage—marked by cool conditions yielding concentrated flavors—undergo gentle pressing, fermentation in a mix of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, followed by 10 months' lees aging to enhance texture and depth. Sustainable practices and minimal intervention yield a pale straw wine with green highlights and remarkable purity.

Tasting Notes An elegant, textured white with bright citrus and creamy stone fruit, reflecting Yarra Valley's cool-climate finesse. The nose reveals lemon zest, melon, apricot, and hints of campfire smoke and seashell minerality. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and harmonious, with crystalline acidity, creamy oak integration, and flavors of white peach, citrus pith, and subtle nuts, leading to a long, balanced finish.

Serving and Cellaring Serve at 10-12°C with 20-30 minutes of chilling to highlight aromas.
