Hand-harvested in a low-cropping, cool, and mild vintage picked in early March, the grapes undergo cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in French oak barriques for 9-10 months to enhance texture and complexity while preserving vibrancy. This commitment to sustainable practices yields a medium ruby wine with bright colors, amazing perfume, and expressive charm.

Tasting Notes An elegant, fruit-driven red with cherry and spice allure, reflecting Yarra Valley's cool-climate finesse. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and supple, with fine tannins, bright acidity, juicy red and dark fruits, and a generous core of vanilla and spice, leading to a long, silky finish.

Awards and Accolades The 2023 Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir earned 90 points from James Suckling for its supple linearity and juicy fruit expression.

Serving and Cellaring Serve at 14-16°C with 30-60 minutes of decanting to unfold aromas.
