Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle fermentation in small batches, followed by maturation in French oak barriques for 18 months to build depth and structure. Sustainable viticulture and the site's moderating climate yield a deep garnet wine with concentrated intensity and remarkable poise.

Tasting Notes A structured, age-worthy red with blackcurrant and cedar elegance, reflecting Yarra Valley's cool-climate precision.
