Hand-harvested in an ideal cool vintage, the grapes are gently destemmed and fermented in small open fermenters, followed by maturation for 9 months in a mix of new and used French oak barriques to build texture and complexity while preserving vibrancy. This single-vineyard expression, named PHI for its philosophical depth, embodies sustainable practices and yields a vibrant ruby wine with remarkable purity and energy.

Tasting Notes An elegant, perfumed red with dark cherry and spice finesse, reflecting Yarra Valley's cool-climate allure.
