Hand-harvested grapes from the balanced 2021 vintage—marked by cool conditions yielding fresh, concentrated fruit—undergo wild fermentation and 14 months' aging in French oak barrels to enhance structure and finesse. Inspired by Burgundy yet true to Central Otago’s terroir, this production yields a ruby wine with vibrant purity and graceful poise.

Tasting Notes An elegant, poised red with vibrant cherry and subtle earthy finesse, reflecting Central Otago’s glacial terroir.
