The 2016 vintage, 56% of the juice was fermented in French oak barrels at 15-18°C and 44% was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12-14°C.\n\u003cbr\u003eOur Cuvée Alexandre Chardonnay was partially aged in French oak barrels, with a 56% for 11 months ( 46% in new oak and 10% in second and third use oak ). The result is a well-integrated oak with elegant structure to enhance the natural acidity and freshness.
