All fermentations were made in stainless steel tanks. Our Le Rouge enhances the main characteristics; from the Carmenère its roundness and spicy expression; from Merlot, its red fruit ad acidity; from Cabernet Sauvignon, its complexity and elegant structure; from Syrah, its exuberant and attractive aromas and finally a touch of Petit Verdot to complete the blend with extra layers of complexity. The blend this vintage is 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Carmenere and 15% Syrah. 70% of the blend was aged for 13 months in a mix of 9% new, 7% second, 28% third use and 26% fourth use French oak barrels.
