Hand-harvested grapes from the challenging yet vibrant 2023 vintage—marked by moderate conditions yielding concentrated yet fresh fruit—undergo fermentation in Austrian Manhartsberg oak casks to enhance texture and depth. As a family estate with roots to 1171, this production emphasizes biodynamic practices, yielding a golden wine with remarkable finesse and structure.

Tasting Notes An elegant, textured white with ripe pear and subtle spice, reflecting Kamptal’s loess terroir.
