The 2024 vintage was fermented with ~30% whole clusters and matured in concrete (no new oak), following Eben Sadie’s low‑intervention approach to preserve varietal purity, terroir expression and aromatic transparency. The result is a medium‑bodied, tensile Grenache that emphasises freshness, floral perfume and salty minerality rather than overt extraction or oak influence.

Tasting Notes
Aromas: sliced strawberries, pomegranate, rose hip, orange rind, wet stone and floral lift.
Palate: sour cherry and cranberry fruits, supple but present fine tannins, lively acidity, saline finish and persistent minerality—elegant, seamless and very fresh in profile.

Awards and Accolades
97/100 — James Suckling.
96/100 — Tim Atkin, MW.
92/100 — Neal Martin (Vinous).

Serving and Cellaring
Serve at 14–16°C in a medium‑large red glass; decanting 20–30 minutes will help the aromatics open if the bottle is very young.
