The 2024 bottling continues the house practice of low intervention, producing a concentrated but tightly wound wine with strong mineral backbone and restrained fruit, intended to show site rather than overt new‑wood influence.

Tasting Notes
Notes for this vintage emphasise lime and lemon zest, green pear, white blossoms, wet stone and saline/sea‑spray impressions, with a palate that is linear, energetic, and textured—marked by steely acidity, chalky mineral drive and a long, dry finish.

Serving and Cellaring
Serve chilled (8–10°C) in a white or universal glass to reveal the wine’s minerality and tension.
