Pale gold/ gold colour with green shades. The nose is made of white flesh fruit, candied citrus aromas with a hint of brioche and ginger bread. The mouth associates richness, subtle oak, taste of dried fruit. Pleasantly rich wine.
Bouchard Pere & Fils has been producing the Beaune du Chateau cuvee, an exclusivity of the House, since 1907. This wine which is a blend of several Premier Cru vineyards, vinified separately, demonstrates the different facets of the terroir of Beaune. White Beaune du Chateau comes from 4 parcels of Beaune Premier Cru chosen for their complementary qualities: Aigrots, Tuvilains, Sizies and Sur les Greves. The grapes from each "climat" are vinified separately before blending, in order to preserve the character of each "terrroir".

Bouchard Père & Fils can trace its history back to 1731. Since the Henriot family’s acquisition in 1995, the estate has rejoined the top echelon of Burgundy producers.
Under the Henriot direction, the first-ever gravity-flow winery in the region was completed in 2005, contributing to the ever increasing wine quality. The Bouchard Père & Fils Estate holds the finest plots in the most prestigious Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune vineyards, more than two-thirds of which are planted in Grand Cru and Premier Cru appellations. These unique and exceptional holdings enable them to produce very pure expressions of the many different terroirs.
