This wine is made by a blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard. The wine has pure aromas of red fruits and floral notes. Light-bodied, elegant and high in acidity. All the grapes are destemmed. Different grape varieties are fermented separately before blending. The wine is then aged in large oak foudre and Burgundy barrels for about 10 months.
