Delivery Fee

Delivery is free for orders of HK$1,000 or more, per delivery address. For order of less than HK$1,000, a shipping fee of $100 will be charged.

Delivery Service

We will arrange to deliver your order typically in 2-3 business days. We will confirm your delivery date by returning email before delivery.

If typhoon signal no. 8 (or above) / black rain storm signal is hoisted, the delivery will be postponed to the next day, subject to traffic conditions.

Service Areas

We deliver to all home or office addresses on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.

For the time being, we are unable to deliver to all outlying islands and remote locations such as Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kan To, Lok Ma Chau and Sai Kung Pak Tam Chung's area.

Any Retail Location?

Currently we do not have any retail location in Hong Kong. We only offer delivery service and we don't offer self pickup service from our office.
