Brilliant pale straw with green hues. Extremely bright and aromatic, this wine jumps out of the glass with fragrant white floral and kaffir lime characters. All the hallmarks of an excellent vintage. Crisp acid driven wine, plenty of fresh lime and other citrus flavours. A powerful backbone of mouth-watering acidity keeps it all in check finishing with perfect balance and great length.
Grown fruit from Polish Hill River and selected growers fruit from Sevenhill, Clare, Leasingham and Mintaro. Our winemaking approach is designed to capture the flavour of each individual site with minimal winemaking influence. Only the best free run juice is included in the final blend of the “Traditionale”.
