Pio Cesare Il Nebbio Langhe DOC (Nebbiolo + Pinot Noir) 2022
This wine is special in a sense that a small amount of Pinot Noir is added to Nebbiolo.

Il Nebbio is our young and fresh expression of such a great and noble grape variety as Nebbiolo.
Since a few years we have decided to add a little portion of Pinot Noir as well.
Sourced from a selection of our vineyards in the Barolo area in Serralunga d’Alba, in Treiso in the Barbaresco area, in Diano d’Alba and Trezzo Tinella.
Early harvested.
Vinification
Short maceration followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks until the bottling in the month of March, after the harvest. No wood ageing.
Notes
Red currant flavors and sweet fruit. Soft and round tannins, enhancing the fresh and mellow character. Crisp and young, with medium structure. It may age well, enhancing the great Nebbiolo character. Serve at cool temperature.
