The François Carillon estate, created in 2010, is the legacy of a long family history which has its origins in the 16th century in Puligny-Montrachet (Côte d'Or). Located in the heart of the village, the farm now covers around fifteen hectares in the municipalities of Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. The estate produces more than fifteen different appellations, mainly in Chardonnay.
