(Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy Score 87-90) Exceptionally deep dark purple. This has a very powerful bouquet, like the 2019 before it. I cannot pick up too much on the nose. Rich dark cherry, some heat at the back, useful acidity. A big beast, not too denatured, but with some dry cherry and peach notes. Tasted: December 2021.
