Terms & Important Information
- Delivery Schedule: Service is available Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays). Our logistics team will reach out to you prior to arrival to confirm your delivery slot.
- Staircase Access Surcharges: For delivery locations without direct, functional elevator access, an additional walk-up surcharge may apply per floor. Please advise our staff of access constraints when ordering.
- Inclement Weather Protocol: To protect both our delivery teams and the quality of your wines, operations will be temporarily suspended or rescheduled during severe weather conditions, including Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm warnings.
- Legal Age Verification: In compliance with Hong Kong statutory regulations, alcoholic beverages may only be received by individuals aged 18 or above. A valid photo ID may be requested upon handover.
