Welcome to Regis Wine Limited ("Regis Wine", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, storefront, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.

1. Legal Drinking Age & Customer Representation

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages through our platform.
• By placing an order, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the recipient authorized to sign for delivery is also 18 years of age or older.
• Our couriers reserve the statutory right to request proof of age (such as a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport) upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide valid identification or is under the age of 18, delivery will be withheld and additional redelivery handling charges may apply.

2. Product Listings, Vintages & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless expressly specified otherwise. As Hong Kong operates as a free port with no sales tax, wine purchases are exempt from local sales tax.
• Due to the limited availability of fine wine allocations and market price fluctuations, prices and vintage stocks are subject to change without prior notice.
• While we take strict care to maintain real-time inventory records, placing an order does not constitute final binding acceptance. In the rare event of inventory discrepancies, label damage discovered during cellaring retrieval, or typographical listing errors, Regis Wine reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund or suitable vintage substitution upon your consent.

3. Provenance, HKQAA Cellaring & Aged Vintages

• Every bottle offered by Regis Wine is cellared in our HKQAA-certified storage facility under strict temperature and humidity controls, and moved via temperature-regulated transport.
• Aged Wines (10+ Years): Fine wines older than 10 years are sold strictly on an "as-is" condition basis. While we guarantee authentic provenance and pristine professional cellaring, cork elasticity, ullage levels, natural sediment, and secondary bottle aromas are natural characteristics of mature fine wines and cannot form the basis for replacement, return, or refund claims.

4. Payment & Order Confirmation

• We accept supported credit cards, digital payment gateways, Faster Payment System (FPS), and HSBC direct bank transfers.
• Bank Transfer & FPS Orders: Orders placed via FPS or Bank Transfer are held in Pending status for 48 hours awaiting payment. Customers must transfer the total order amount and provide transaction verification (payment screenshot or bank slip accompanied by the Order Number) to WhatsApp +852 9732 8413 or email cs@regiswine.com.hk. Unconfirmed orders exceeding the 48-hour window may be released back into general inventory without liability.
• Orders are formally confirmed only after payment receipt has been verified in our accounts.

5. Logistics & Temperature-Controlled Delivery

• All deliveries within Hong Kong are executed using specialized, temperature-regulated cold-chain vehicles to maintain wine condition.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a mandatory local telephone contact number. Couriers will contact the recipient prior to delivery.
• Delivery schedules may be postponed in the event of adverse weather conditions (including Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning) to protect staff safety and product condition. We will reschedule delivery at the earliest possible convenience.

6. Order Inspection & Final Sale Policy

• Because fine wine is perishable and sensitive to temperature exposure, all wine sales are final once physical delivery has been accepted and signed for.
• Any transit damage, breakage, or delivery discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of signed delivery, accompanied by photographs of the bottles, labels, and outer packaging. Approved claims will be resolved via replacement, store credit, or refund pursuant to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, imagery, text, layouts, and graphic materials published on this website are the intellectual property of Regis Wine Limited or its content suppliers and are protected under Hong Kong and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Regis Wine Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our Services or purchased products. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong SAR to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
