Collection: Ch La Couspaude

Ch. La Couspaude is a Grand Cru Classe located in St-Emilion owned by Aubert family for over 100 years.  Ch. La Couspaude has 7 hectare of vineyard located in St-Emilion liestone plateau and planted with 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.  The average age of the vines is about 50 years old giving wines of great concentration and intensity.  Sustainable farming practices are used and soil is cultivated by animal traction.  After vinification in small temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, the wine is matured in French oak barrels for 18-20 months.
