Dom Les Terres Blanches

The estate of Les Terres Blanches is a constellation of small plots nestled in a environment naturally protected by trees, groves, meadows and bird conservation areas, with a hedonistic conservatism in mind. Since the establishment of Celine and Benoit Blet in 2004, they have replanted 5 extra hectares of vineyards using the massale selection method, to ensure human, economic and nature balance. The estate is now 10 hectares wide.

The precision of their wines is matched thanks to the detailed field and cellar work carried each year, shaped by the rhythm of seasons and lunar calendar, following organic and biodynamic principles. All their production is harvested, vinified, and bottled at the estate.

Celine and Benoit had a young winemakers dream filled with youth madness and passion, fulfilled today with recognition, accomplishment and pride.
