Collection: Isole e Olena

The Isole e Olena estate is located on the western slope of the Chianti Classico hills exactly half way between Florence & Siena. For many cen-turies it has beckoned artists & writers who fall under the spell of the sub-tle beauty of its rolling hillsides covered with woods, vineyards & olive groves. The soil is a mixture of limestone, clay slates & sandstone, which allows sufficient drainage in times of heavy rains and the retention of moisture in times of drought.
