Collection: Jean Louis Chavy

Jean-Louis Chavy is one of the son of the renowned wine growers Gerard Chavy, and he is now running his own domaine in the appellation of Puligny-Montrachet, in Burgundy. Jean-Louis making retrained, elegant examples of Puligny that are not smothered in oak. There are 6.5 hectares spread over 9 vineyards and this wine is a fine example of restrained, mineral Puligny, aged for a year in 20% new oak.
