Michel Bouzereau

Bourzereau is a family from the commune of Meursault.  Among the different family domaines, Michel Bourzereau is the leader and especially famous for its white wine.

All the wines are produced from manually harvested grape.  Grapes are gently pressed and fermentation happened in barrel.  After malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is kept to mature on their own sediment until the next harvest.  Bottling is by biodynamic practice following lunar cycles.
