After Herve Sigaut has retired in 2008, this domaine is now run by Anne Herve. Anne Herve producing Burgundy with great purity and elegance. On winemaking, the grapes are usually destemmed followed by cold soak to increase aromas. Extraction aims to be gentle emphasising on elegance than force. Premier cru usually uses about 1/3 of new barrels.
