Terroir & Domaine Craft
- The Sainte-Victoire Foothills: Sourced from organic vineyards in the high-altitude Arc Valley at the base of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire. Characterized by stony clay-limestone soils and sheltered by surrounding mountain ranges, the site experiences hot sunny days tempered by cool alpine nocturnal breezes and the Mistral, preserving high natural acidity and delicate aromatic clarity.
- Artisanal Provence Precision: An assemblage of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Rolle (Vermentino) harvested exclusively at night to prevent oxidation. Pressed directly under inert gas and fermented cold in stainless steel vats on fine lees, the vinification focuses on pristine pale color extraction, vibrant citrus and stone fruit expression, and trademark limestone salinity.
Highlights
- Certified organic Côtes de Provence rosé grown in the shadow of Montagne Sainte-Victoire.
- A classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Rolle vinified entirely in stainless steel.
- A radiant 2025 release crafted for immediate enjoyment in its vibrant youthful window.
Tasting Notes
Pale salmon with shimmering silver reflections, it opens with pure, fragrant aromas of white peach, wild redcurrants, and pink grapefruit zest, accented by delicate notes of white blossom and crushed limestone. The palate is light-to-medium-bodied, crisp, and refreshing, carrying crunchy red berry and stone fruit flavors over a spine of vibrant citrus acidity that leads into a clean, dry, and distinctly saline mineral finish.
Serving Suggestion
- Temperature: Serve chilled at 8–10°C in standard white wine stems rather than very narrow flutes.
- Decanting: No decanting needed; pour straight from the bottle to enjoy its fresh, crystalline aromatics. Best enjoyed now through 2027.
