Chêne Bleu Héloïse 2011
From Chêne Bleu’s La Verrière estate in Provence’s Vaucluse, the Héloïse 2011 is a refined blend of 60% Syrah, 35% Grenache, and 5% Mourvèdre from high-altitude vineyards on limestone and clay soils. Organically and biodynamically certified, fermented in stainless steel, and aged 18 months in French oak barrels, it offers a deep ruby hue with vibrant complexity.
