Chêne Bleu Rosé 2021

From Chêne Bleu’s Domaine de la Verrière in Crestet, Vaucluse, the Rosé 2021 is a refined blend of 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 8% Mourvèdre, 5% Cinsault, and 12% Rolle. Sourced from organic vineyards at 530–550 meters near Mont Ventoux on clay-limestone soils, it’s hand-harvested, offering a pale pink hue with vibrant freshness.

A crisp, elegant rosé with vibrant red fruit and citrus notes, showcasing Vaucluse’s terroir.
The nose reveals raspberry, strawberry, and orange zest, with hints of white flowers, grapefruit, and crushed stone. On the palate, it’s light-bodied and balanced, with bright acidity, delicate fruit, and a long, mineral finish.
