Domaine d'Aussières Altan d'Aussières 2021

From Domaine d’Aussières in Narbonne, Languedoc, owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), the Altan d’Aussières 2021 is a refined blend of 36% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 37% Carignan, with minor Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Franc, and Mourvèdre. Sourced from organic vineyards on clay-limestone soils in Corbières AOC, it’s hand-harvested and aged 6–8 months in tanks, offering a ruby hue with vibrant freshness.
