M. Chapoutier Collioure Chrysopée Blanc 2021
From Maison M. Chapoutier in Collioure, Languedoc-Roussillon, the Collioure Chrysopée Blanc 2021 is a refined blend of 90% Grenache Gris and 10% Grenache Blanc. Sourced from organic and biodynamic vineyards with old vines on steep schist soils, it’s hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, and aged six months in demi-muids with lees stirring, offering a light gold hue with vibrant complexity.

A crisp, vibrant white with floral and citrus finesse, showcasing Collioure’s terroir.
The nose reveals crushed citrus, dried pineapple, and white flowers, with hints of salty minerality and peach. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and elegant, with bright acidity, a silky texture, and flavors of citrus, stone fruit, and a long, saline finish.
