From Domaine Fouassier in France’s Loire Valley, the Sancerre Blanc 2020 is a refined 100% Sauvignon Blanc from 60 hectares of biodynamically certified vineyards on limestone soils. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and aged on lees, it is vegan-friendly, offering a pale gold hue with vibrant complexity.
