From Domaine de l'Ecu in France’s Loire Valley, the Cuvée Classic Muscadet Sèvre & Maine 2018 is a refined 100% Melon de Bourgogne from a 17-hectare vineyard in Le Landreau on siliceous soils with metamorphic rock subsoil. Organically certified, hand-harvested, and aged on lees in underground vats, it offers a pale straw hue with vibrant complexity.

The nose reveals lemon, pear, and iodine, with hints of green apple and dried flowers. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and dry, with zesty acidity, a saline texture, and flavors of citrus, breadfruit, and a long, refreshing finish.
