Certified biodynamic since 2005, this production emphasizes terroir expression, yielding a pale straw wine with green highlights and remarkable precision.
Tasting Notes An elegant, mineral-driven white with vibrant citrus and flinty complexity, reflecting Sancerre’s Kimmeridgian terroir. The nose unveils grapefruit zest, green apple, bergamote, and hints of gunflint, poivre blanc, and floral notes.
