One of the most elegant and delicate white wines in the world grows in this very steep vineyard. The stony, shallow, blue slate soil gives the wine a delicate and fresh acidity as well as a unique elegance. The wines of the Wehlener Sonnenuhr are the most charming of our winery when young, with the scent of white peach and green apple and with age they develop into true legends.
