Gaja Langhe Darmagi is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with a tiny drop of Merlot and Cabernet Franc mixed into the blend. First released in 1985. This is a full body and powerful yet packed with elegance as expected from Gaja. Excellent fruit with strong cassis flavors and impressive power on the palate carry through to the long finish with persistent soft tannins. Great aging potential.
