From Maison Joseph Drouhin in Chablis, Burgundy, the Vaudon Chablis 2022 is a refined Chardonnay from organic vineyards on Kimmeridgian limestone soils in the Vallée de Vauvillien. Hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel for 7–8 months, it offers a pale gold hue with green reflections and vibrant minerality.
