The grapes were grown on vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak, using 38% new, 249% one year old and 13% two year old barrels. The Boxer has gone through a secondary fermentation allowing us to create this beautiful sparkling wine.
