From the acclaimed Neldner Road by Dave Powell in South Australia, the Barossa & Eden Valleys Shiraz 2021 is a refined red blending the power of Barossa and elegance of Eden Valley. Crafted from 100% Shiraz, sourced from 40+-year-old Eden Valley vines and 60+-year-old Barossa vines, it’s fermented in concrete vats and aged 15 months in 4,500-liter French oak foudres. This wine offers a deep ruby hue and vibrant complexity.

Winemaking Process

Powell’s minimalist approach defines this wine. The 2021 vintage undergoes separate fermentation in concrete vats for Barossa and Eden Valley fruit, with a 10–12-day maceration. Aging in large French oak foudres for 15 months softens tannins while preserving fruit intensity, creating a structured yet approachable Shiraz with long aging potential.
