From Weingut Robert Weil in Kiedrich, Rheingau, the Kiedrich Klosterberg Riesling Trocken 2022 is a refined 100% Riesling from high-altitude Klosterberg vineyard on slate, phyllite, and gneiss soils. Hand-harvested and aged on full lees until late July in large, neutral oak casks, it offers a pale yellow hue with vibrant complexity.
