This flagship pure Sangiovese from the estate's finest 10 hectares of hillside cru vineyards follows the acclaimed 2020 with even greater precision. Organically farmed with restricted yields and late-harvest ripeness, it ages 22 months in French oak tonneaux/barrels. The 2021 vintage—produced in limited 3,000 cases—excels through Gaiole in Chianti's mineral-rich soils and extreme day-night temperature swings.
