From Tiansai Vineyards in Yanqi, Xinjiang, China, the Skyline of Gobi Chardonnay Reserve 2019 is a refined white from a 130-hectare organic estate at 1,100 meters near the Tianshan Mountains. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from alluvial soils, it’s hand-harvested and aged 6–8 months in French oak barrels, offering a golden hue with vibrant complexity.
