Vietti Moscato d'Asti 2024

From the esteemed Vietti estate in Castiglione Falletto, Piedmont, the Moscato d’Asti 2024 is a vibrant, lightly sparkling white. Crafted from 100% Moscato Bianco, sourced from 40-year-old vines in Castiglione Tinella’s calcareous soils, it’s hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel. This wine offers a pale sunshine yellow hue with slight frizzante, reflecting Vietti’s four-generation legacy of quality.

Winemaking Process

Vietti’s artisanal approach defines this wine. The 2024 vintage undergoes gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel, halted early to retain natural sweetness and delicate bubbles. No malolactic fermentation preserves freshness, creating a balanced, aromatic Moscato d’Asti with low alcohol and lively effervescence.
