From Vietti in Piedmont’s Asti, the Moscato d'Asti Cascinetta 2020 is a refined 100% Moscato Bianco from vineyards in Castiglione Tinella on limestone and clay-rich soils. Fermented in stainless steel autoclaves to preserve natural CO2, it is vegan-friendly, offering a pale yellow hue with slight frizzante and vibrant complexity.
