Les Clos is considered by most as the best Grand Cru vineyard in Chablis. This wine is has alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in vats thermoregulated (85%) and new oak (15%). Aging on lees in oak barrels of 228 liters for 12 months with batonnage. Age of barrels: 10% new oak and 90% 1 year. Bottling 15 months minimum after harvest.
